Based on the internal Rules on Acknowledgements and newer amendments, the Slovenian Traffic Safety Agency issues acknowledgements in traffic prevention and efforts for improved traffic safety.

STSA acknowledgements are awarded to individuals and associations, companies, institutions, societies, and other organisations for their contributions to improved traffic safety:

  • For development of preventative and pedagogical work;
  • For many years of successful work in organisations that manage work, encourage actions or collaborate in prevention and education in traffic;
  • For exceptional achievements in research and development;
  • For publishing work;
  • For exceptional achievements and innovation in other important fields for traffic safety;
  • For exemplary behaviour in road traffic.
